Territory Manager-Sales (Projects)

The Territory Manager-Sales (Projects) will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing sales in the specified territory. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage and develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure the successful implementation of projects.

• Manage and develop sales strategies for the assigned territory, focusing on electrical switchgear and Legrand products.
• Identify and target potential clients, and build a strong network of business relationships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of Legrand's products.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities, and provide insights to the company.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and expand our network.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical switchgear sales, with a proven track record.
• In-depth knowledge of Legrand's products and a strong understanding of the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and sales closure skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools is preferred.
• A valid driving license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is desirable.
• Previous experience in project sales or working with Legrand products is an advantage.
• A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for sales and business development.
