We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Territory Project Officer in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail Fuel Infrastructure and Engineering sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, surveys, and soil testing assessments for new retail outlets.
  
• Prepare technical specifications and ensure normative cost accuracy.
  
• Review and approve engineering drawings with zero deviations.
  
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and automation equipment installation.
  
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost optimization techniques.
  
• Conduct engineering inspections, asset verification, and safety audits.
  
• Train dealers on operations, engineering practices, equipment, quality, and safety.
  

Required Skills

1. Site Survey & Assessment – Evaluate locations and feasibility requirements.
   
2. Technical Specification Preparation – Develop TS documents and engineering standards.
   
3. Cost Estimation – Prepare normative and actual project cost reports.
   
4. Construction Supervision – Monitor execution quality and compliance.
   
5. Vendor & Contractor Management – Coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical activities.

Work Experience Requirements

Experience in construction supervision, engineering project execution, retail infrastructure development, or facility maintenance is preferred. Typical experience range for this role is 3–8 years in engineering, construction, or project management environments.

Education

• Minimum: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (typical)
  
• Preferred: Project Management or Industrial Engineering certifications
  
• Additional: Safety, Quality, or Construction Management certifications
