Key Responsibilities

• Drive Gold Loan sourcing and disbursement targets across the assigned territory.


• Manage and monitor business performance of branches within the region.


• Develop local market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and portfolio growth.


• Increase market penetration through field activities, referral generation, and channel development.


• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and productivity targets.


• Recruit, train, guide, and motivate branch sales teams.


• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections to minimize delinquency.


• Conduct regular branch visits and review sales performance.


• Build relationships with local influencers, business communities, and market intermediaries.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.


• Analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.


• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure superior customer experience.


• Prepare and submit periodic business MIS and performance reports.
