| Follow all service SOPs, documentation, and system updates (CRM/SAP) accurately. | ||||||||
| Build strong rapport with customers—this directly improves AMC conversion, payment collection, and repeat business. | ||||||||
| Aim to resolve issues in a single visit by carrying critical spares and proper diagnosis tools. | ||||||||
| Ensure all updates in CRM/SAP are real -time and error -free, as it impacts billing and performance tracking. | ||||||||
| Continuously improve technical knowledge on all models and troubleshooting techniques. |
