As a Test Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of products delivered. This role involves working closely with development, product, and operations teams to validate features, uncover defects, and ensure smooth releases. You will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying gaps, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This position requires someone who can think analytically, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Bengaluru and is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate product functionality.
• Understand requirements and translate them into clear and structured test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect-tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to clarify issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and performance checks as needed.
• Collaborate in sprint planning and contribute to improving overall testing processes.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to test coverage and QA workflows.
• Ensure all test results and findings are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate product readiness before release and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a stable and reliable QA environment.
