Role Description

Role Description:

As a Principle Engineer - SDET at Incedo, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure software quality. You will also participate in code reviews, develop test plans, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•    Design and develop software development engineering testing solutions using tools such as Java and Python.

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

•    Configure and deploy SDET solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

•    Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.

•    Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.

•    Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

 

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:

• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG


• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python


• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines


• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies


• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


• Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.


• Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.

Must Display Adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
