Role: Testing Practice Management – Automation
Job Description:
Proven experience of around 16 to 20 Years in IT and testing / test automation leadership role.
Provide strategic leadership for the test automation practice, aligning it with the overall Quality Assurance and business objectives.
Define and implement Testing / Automation Solution strategy that supports continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead and mentor a team of testing / test automation engineers, providing guidance on technical aspects and hands-on problem-solving skill.
Hands on testing and test automation experience in testing projects in the past, and now into presales supporting different industries/domains.
Good Knowledge on Testing Methodology, Testing Practices, Test Management and Quality Engineering best practices.
Should have minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales for RFP/RFI/Proposals independently and in a team.
In the pre-sales role, should be responsible for providing solutions for QA/QE services as per RFP/RFI/Proposals requirements.
Should have been a subject matter expert in Testing with Customer facing roles.
Exposure for creating collaterals for marketing, sales support and analyst surveys.
Good to have test consulting experience for global customers across industries.
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and continuous learning attitude.
Collaborate with Account managers, Presales and Sales team to enable Go to market solutions.
Experienced in Automation Assessments, Estimations, Solution & Proposals preparation, SOW creation, Outcome Based Pricing Model and Transition Management for large programs.
Technical Expertise:
Good exposure and preferably hands-on experience on any of these testing / test automation tools.
Knowledge on leveraging Generative AI in testing life cycle with market solutions integrations (ChatGPT, BARD, META LLM)
Good understanding of testing / test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation and AI solutions.
