·       Focal for
testing activities during Verification & Validation phase

·       Know -how
about the Data Pack of Test Bench (COTS, Boards, mechanical parts, electrical
part, harness). Manufacturing, integration and validation of test systems.

·       Manage/Propose
V&V testing methods, acceptance criteria and manage their implementation

·       Highlight
risks in V&V phase & proposing actions to mitigate

·       Ability to
read, analyze and interpret V&V documentation like ATP, IVVQPr, Test Cases

·       Install and
configure SW into the IPC/PC

·       Perform
Testing as per the defined Test Procedure

·       Analyze
& Debug the test failures

·       Creation of
Root Cause analysis(RCA)’s for failed test cases

·       Experience
of manual testing for functional aspects of a system

·       Ensure that
all Configuration and Change Management (CM) processes are properly followed

·       Meticulous
and hands -on with attention to details, foresight and independent execution
capability, with minimum guidance.

·       Able to take
ownership and to work on own initiative and seek out answers, in order to gain
a good understanding of system functionality

·       Good
Understanding on process flow, control plan and FMEA and ensure the
process set is as per the process flow defined.

·       Understanding
on acceptance criteria as per IPC A 610 & IPC WHMA 620.

·       Awareness on Quality management system standards like ISO
9001/AS 9100

·       Good
understanding on Deviation process.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, EEE (or
equivalent)

·       4+ years of relevant experience in
Verification/Validation working with ATE (Automated test equipment)

·       Ability to work in a multifunctional team

·       Good knowledge of the full systems
lifecycle from design through to validation and qualification
