Application Support Engineer - Test Environment (Offshore)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Application Support Engineers to join our
team as first -line support for our Test Environment. This role requires strong
development skills combined with production support expertise to troubleshoot,
analyze, and resolve environmental issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first -line support for test environment
  infrastructure and applications
  
• Review and analyze application code to identify
  root causes of environmental issues
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in
  test environments
  
• Collaborate with development teams to implement
  fixes and solutions
  
• Monitor system performance and ensure environment
  stability
  
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices
  
• Participate in environment deployments and
  configuration management
  
• Support integration testing and environment
  preparation activities
  

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming experience in C/C++ and XML
  
• Proficiency in SQL and
  relational database management
  
• Solid understanding of software development
  lifecycle and testing methodologies
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
  

Infrastructure & Tools:

• Experience with Azure cloud
  platform
  
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (preferred)
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
  practices
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go Lang programming
  
• Hands -on experience with TANGO, BASE24
  EPS/Classic, or Connex platforms
  
• Knowledge of VISA/Mastercard card
  network payment systems
  
• Experience in financial services or payment
  processing industry
  
• Understanding of card payment transaction flows
  and protocols
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
  Engineering, or related field
  
• 3 -5 years of experience in application support or
  software development
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and
  handle multiple priorities
  
• On -call support availability when required
