Job Description - Test Lead

Job Title: QA Test Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description:

• Lead QA activities and manage a team of 5+ members

• Review customer requirements and prepare test plans and test strategies

• Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure defect -free releases

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber

• Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured (good to have)

• Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for automated test execution

• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and support groups for smooth testing implementation

• Support mobile automation testing for Android and iOS platforms

• Provide regular status updates and proactively identify solutions for issues

• Collaborate directly with customers and work independently on daily tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in manual and automation testing

• Hands -on expertise in Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber framework

• Team handling and stakeholder coordination skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)

• Good communication, reporting, and problem -solving skills

• Flexibility and ability to work independently

Good to Have:

• SQL knowledge

• Experience in API Automation (Rest Assured)

• Exposure to UiPath

• Experience in Mobile Automation (Android & iOS)

Preferred Domain:

• Retail domain experience (Online Shopping, Sales & Stores)
