Test Lead

Location of posting: Bangalore

Qualification - BTech / BE / MCA

Experience: 6 -7 years

Technical Skills:

·       Hands -on experience in UI/API automation and manual testing.

·       Understanding of DevOps tools such as Git, Ansible etc.

·       Hands -on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium,
REST API, jMeter or any equivalents.

·       Expertise in Linux commands execution.

·       Exposure to Postgres DB or any equivalent databases with
its queries.

·       Hands on experience in product testing in financial domain.

·       Exposure to security tools would be an added advantage.

·       Knowledge on Software testing Life cycles and Software
Development Life Cycle.

·       Proficient in Banking and Financial domain.

·       ISTQB certification – this is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Creation of frameworks, test designs, test cases and test
data.

·       Mentor the juniors on technical aspects.​

·       Carry out testing as per the defined procedures.

·       Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.

·       Execute the load/performance/stress  test case with
the available load tool

·       Automation of test cases.

·       Reporting the defects in detail in the defect management
system.

·       Interact with Development team for Defect Discussion

·       Prepare all reports related to software testing carried
out.

·       Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

·       To understand the specifications of the software from the
requirements specifications or story boards or any other document and author
test cases and execute the same to ensure that the delivery meets the
implicit  and explicit  requirements of the customer
