Job Description:

• Collaborate
  with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to understand business
  requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Analyze
  legacy business rules, workflows, and functional specifications to support
  the modernization initiative.
  
• Participate
  in requirement elicitation, requirement clarification, backlog refinement,
  and sprint planning sessions.
  
• Translate
  business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process
  flows, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Prepare
  and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete
  test coverage.
  
• Define
  the overall testing strategy, test plan, test schedule, and test execution
  approach for functional, integration, regression, security, and
  performance testing.
  
• Lead
  the offshore QA team by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, tracking
  progress, and ensuring timely completion of testing activities.
  
• Coordinate
  with Rules, Architecture, Development, and DevOps teams to resolve
  requirement gaps, defects, and technical dependencies.
  
• Validate
  Camunda workflows, Drools/DMN business rules, Spring Boot APIs, and
  Modernized FDR-IT integrations against business requirements.
  
• Review
  test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports to ensure completeness
  and quality.
  
• Conduct
  functional walkthroughs, requirement reviews, defect triage meetings, and
  root cause analysis sessions.
  
• Track
  defects using Azure DevOps, prioritize issues with stakeholders, and
  verify defect resolutions. Well versed with Test Management tool.
  
• Support
  System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and
  production release validation.
  
• Prepare
  and present test metrics, quality dashboards, requirement coverage
  reports, and status updates to project stakeholders.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with organizational QA standards, SDLC processes, and Agile
  delivery practices.
  
• Identify
  project risks, quality issues, and requirement gaps, and proactively
  recommend mitigation strategies.
  
• Mentor
  QA team members by promoting best practices in requirement analysis,
  testing, and quality assurance.
  
• Drive
  continuous improvement in QA processes, requirement management, and
  overall delivery quality.
