This Person Will Be

*Managing TPMO functions for a large TCOE

*Should have experience setting up process standardization across teams

*Managing Quality KPIs and metrics (Test Effectiveness, Defect Density, Defect Leakage)

*Should have Knowledge Management set up experience.

*Should have experience and innovative ideas in trainings and capability building.

*Well versed with Test and QA process, Knowledge on Testing methodologies.

*Pyramid Management, Resourcing, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast, Budgeting & Invoicing.

*Strong communication and collaboration skills

Secondary Skills

*Automation And Performance Testing Experience is additional advantage.

*Life Science Domain Experience is additional advantage.

*ERP testing background

*Strong Knowledge on ADO, Selenium

*ISTQB Advance Level Certified
