Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. \n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks\n\n * Get the passdown\n * Capture information from supervisors and planning reports\n * Build an action plan\n * Implement and communicate the plan\n * Assess and evaluate plan results\n * Make necessary adjustments\n * Monitor progress\n\n\n\nMaintain equipment\n\n * Diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions\n * Evaluate problems using validated detailed troubleshooting methods\n * Ensure record keeping/documentation in equipment tracking system\n * Perform preventive maintenance\n * Perform calibrations on area equipment\n * Select and utilize accurate test equipment and tools\n * Align with standardized procedures and guidelines\n * Stay ahead of on process and equipment procedures\n * Keep work areas clean and organized\n\n\n\nMonitor equipment performance and address deviations\n\n * Extract data from applicable sources\n * Ensure reliability of data\n * Measure process metrics\n * Identify equipment inaccuracy or inefficiency\n * Communicate trends of machine performance\n * Contain deviation or inefficiencies\n\n\n\nCommunicate information to appropriate personnel\n\n * Provide communication between ES, Engineering, and Production\n * Communicate with production to relay problems, changes, or request information as needed\n * Provide feedback observations and data to the engineering group to help resolve chronic problems or experiments\n\n\n\nCustomer Service\n\n * Respond quickly and positively to all customers\n * Reprioritize work when customer needs arise\n\n\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\n * Assist engineer on projects to improve overall test equipment efficiency and effectiveness\n * Support continuous improvement projects to improve yield\n * Propose and execute improvement projects to desired results\n * Perform FA analysis from PE request\n\n\n\nAdhere to and Promote Safety\n\n * Identify and promptly report hazards\n * Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout and chemical safety.\n * Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers\u2019 and company guidelines.\n * Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner.\n\n\n\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\n\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
