Test UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver an exceptional experience. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs for web and mobile applications.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Understand user needs and translate them into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
 

Design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products.
 

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to improve product experience.
 

Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth implementation.
 

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
 

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
 

Present and communicate design ideas to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
 

Requirements

Must-Have Skills
 

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
 

Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile UI, UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
 

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
 

Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility.
 

Ability to create clean UI layouts, components, and interactive prototypes.
 

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 

Nice to Have
 

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic front-end understanding.
 

Experience with design systems and component libraries.
 

Familiarity with Motion Graphics, Micro-interactions, or Illustrations.
 

Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
 

Qualification
 

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
 

1–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (adjust as needed).
