  Proficiency in test management tools (ALM, JIRA)

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI testing projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop comprehensive test strategies, quality assurance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

  
  


• 
  

  Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with development teams, business users, and stakeholders; manage defect tracking and UAT activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring testing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
