Position- Textile Recycling Machine Master

Key Responsibilites :

•     Operate and oversee textile recycling machines to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.
•     Manage manpower deployed on the recycling line, including scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring.
•     Ensure timely and accurate handling of all textile recycling machinery during production cycles.
•     Diagnose machine faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
•     Maintain detailed knowledge of recycling machine parts, components, and their functions.
•     Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams for spare parts and consumables.
•     Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
•     Monitor fiber quality during processing and make adjustments to machine settings as required.
•     Maintain production logs, maintenance records, and shift reports accurately. 

Key Skills:

•    Expert in recycling machine maintenance — both preventive and breakdown maintenance.
•    Expert-level knowledge of recycling machine parts, assemblies, and spare components.
•    Proficient in fiber making processes and understanding of fiber quality parameters.
•    In-depth knowledge of raw material quality, grades, and composition used in textile recycling.
•    Ability to manage and guide machine operators and shop floor manpower effectively.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues quickly.
•    Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
