We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building intelligent systems, with strong expertise in Computer Vision and team handling. The candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions with a focus on Computer Vision applications.
  




• Build and optimize models for image/video processing such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, and face recognition.
  




• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.
  




• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
  




• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure best engineering practices.
  




• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  




• Oversee model performance, monitoring, retraining, and optimization.
  




• Drive research and adoption of new AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
  




• Ensure data quality, model accuracy, scalability, and system reliability.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
  




• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.
  




• Strong expertise in Computer Vision techniques and algorithms.
  




• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
  




• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  




• Hands-on experience with CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, and similar models.
  




• Experience in deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs.
  




• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  




• Experience in leading teams, task allocation, mentoring, and performance review.
  




• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video analytics and real-time vision systems.
  




• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  




• Experience with edge AI or embedded vision solutions.
  




• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  




• Exposure to NLP or GenAI is a plus.
