Job Description - TGT English teacher required for a school in Bangalore - ( Job ID - 23756)

Deliver structured, interactive, and age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that support diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assess student performance through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English) or a related field; B.Ed. in English or a teaching certification is mandatory.
2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized school setting, preferably at the secondary level (Classes 6–8).
Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS) for lesson delivery and assessment.
