*Summary:* 

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic educational institution in Urulikanchan, Pune. This role is pivotal in shaping young minds by delivering high -quality mathematics instruction aligned with the curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in achieving academic excellence. With a strong foundation in mathematics and pedagogical best practices, the teacher will play a key role in developing students’ analytical thinking, problem -solving abilities, and confidence in the subject. *Responsibilities:* 

- Deliver structured and engaging mathematics lessons for classes 6 to 8 in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. 

- Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools that align with educational standards. 

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and individualised support.  

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school administrators to enhance teaching methodologies and student outcomes. 

- Participate in parent -teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs. 

*Requirements:* 

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Graduate) with a minimum of 50% marks. 

- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification from a recognized university. 

- 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in the same grade levels. 

- Strong command of mathematical concepts and ability to explain complex topics clearly. 

- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and classroom technology. 

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
