 Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and committed TGT Social Science Teacher to teach students from Grades 5 to 8. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make history, civics, and geography engaging for middle school learners.

 Responsibilities

• Teach Social Science subjects (History, Civics, Geography, Economics) as per CBSE curriculum for Grades 5–8.
  

• Prepare lesson plans, projects, and interactive classroom activities.
  

• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
  

• Encourage critical thinking, awareness of society, and analytical skills.
  

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  

• Participate in school activities, faculty meetings, and academic planning.
  

 Eligibility

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science/History/Political Science/Geography + B.Ed (mandatory).
  

• 2–5 years of teaching experience in State Baord/CBSE schools preferred.
  

• Strong command over Social Science concepts and pedagogy.
  

• Ability to connect with students and make learning interactive.
  

• Familiarity with Smart Boards and digital teaching platforms will be an advantage.
