Position: Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent Company Overview: Bluespirit is a leading airport company located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. We specialize in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our passengers. We are dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our employees and customers. Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers, assisting with ticketing and check-in processes, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes - Handle ticket sales, changes, and cancellations in compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide accurate information and answer any inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and general airport information - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and ensure proper handling and transport of luggage - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and smooth boarding of passengers - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ticket counters and boarding gates - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Keep up to date with any changes in airline policies and procedures - Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
