In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and other related services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner - Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Check-in passengers and their baggage according to established procedures - Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions - Attend training sessions and stay updated on airline policies and procedures - Uphold the company's standards of customer service excellence at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays - Proficiency in computer systems and software - Fluency in English and any local languages is required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
