We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings, visa coordination, and candidate mobilization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GDS/airline portals and be adept at managing end-to-end travel logistics while ensuring compliance with deployment schedules and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Booking & Ticketing: Manage domestic and international flight reservations through GDS systems and airline portals based on mobilization needs.
• Visa & Travel Coordination: Assist with visa processing, travel insurance arrangements, and itinerary planning for traveling personnel.
• Candidate Mobilization: Coordinate travel bookings to align with client deployment timelines and ensure seamless mobilization.
• Cost Optimization: Negotiate competitive airfares, identify the most economical travel routes, and manage overall travel budgets.
• Issue Resolution: Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and other travel-related issues swiftly and effectively.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of bookings, invoices, travel documents, and prepare reports as needed for audit and tracking purposes.
