We are currently hiring for a reputed Managed Services environment for the role of Tier 2 Engineer – AWS & OCI.

? Role Overview

Join a global support team responsible for delivering advanced cloud operations, administration, and managed services for enterprise customers across Amazon Web Services and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments under Hewlett Packard Enterprise Managed Services.

You will handle complex cloud operations, troubleshooting, migrations, and performance optimization while collaborating with global teams and vendors.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands -on experience in AWS & OCI administration
  
• Networking knowledge: VPC, VPN, FastConnect, Load Balancers, NSG, Security Lists
  
• Experience with EC2, S3, EBS/Block Storage, Object Storage, File Storage
  
• Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
  
• Understanding of REST APIs, PowerShell, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  
• Experience in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues
