Role Summary In the above context, the CSM role is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Agency travel team and Tie Ups & primarily grow the business with profits, Channel Management –Agents.Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the businessMake individual agents grow at least 20% for every yearEnsuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agentsResponsible for ensuring quality of applicationsSupport/guide the producers in all activities related to policy servicesTrain agents on products, process and USP’s of Co.Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written PremiumResponsible for sustainable ProfitabilityTo maintain the HygieneRecruitment and retentio of agengtsResponsible for ActivationStakeholder interfaces Internal StakeholdersOperations (BOPs& COPs) – for the issuance of policiesUnderwriter – for analyzing the risk factorFinance Team – Taxations handlingHuman Resources – to share foresights into the business and build the talent pool accordinglyTraining Team – for train the employeesNSM/RSM/ASM – for some suggestionsExternal StakeholdersAgentsBrokerExperience 1-2 years of experience in insuranceAt least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales.Education Any Graduation
