Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales & business development vertical for TLC B2B technology products in domestic markets
- Lead the research and identification of potential clients or customers who could benefit from the TLC's services & tech products
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and build trust
- Present the company's products or services to prospects through seminars, leadership forums, events while taking support from TLC Brand marketing team
- Provide leadership support for negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, support & internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives & customer needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for business growth
- Oversee collaborative alliances with other organizations to realize new growth opportunities
- Forecast sales targets and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue projections to management
- Build strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with existing key accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensure feedback from clients and prospects are provided to internal teams to improve products, services, and sales processes
Desired Profile:
- BBA/B.Tech/B.Com
- Master's Degree - MBA (Sales & Marketing) added advantage
- 15+ years of sales experience in B2B technology product or services, with a track record of leading sales function for enterprise-level clients.
- Prior experience in hospitality sector would be an added advantage
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of CRM software for managing sales pipeline and customer relationships
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and deal structuring
