The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage Global Reconciliations projects & work proactively with business partners for successful projects delivery Lead small/mid size teams across Citi and vendors Must be expert in the area of Reconciliations with demonstrated success in delivering technology solutions with medium to complex architecture Proven Experience of building Cash/Securities/Internals/Inter-System Reconciliations. Knowledge of Citi, the financial services industry and possesses good level of business acumen Experience in Industry standard reconciliation tools including SmartStream TLM Premium/TLM Recs, Recon Frontier & Intellimatch. Strong experience of Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Linux with working knowledge of industry standard data analytics/reporting tools. Hands on experience with JIRA, DevOps Tools, Linux, AutoSys, MS Office tools required. Demonstrated project management experience and detailed knowledge of technology products Experience with Agile / Scrum SDLC methodology required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
14 - 16 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
