Job Description - Tool Designer

1)   Expertise in Injection Mold Design(Two Plate / Three Plate/Hot Runner/Gear and Unscrewing Molds)
      Knowledge in DFMA and Molding Process
      Preparation of Electrode Planing/Tooling Material Selection/ Machining Knowledge/ Heat Treatment Knowledge
      Reading Flow analysis report and prepare corrective action reports
      knowledge in 3D soft ware ( Preferable SOLID WROKS)
      GD & T application 

2)   Expertise in Injection Die Casting Design(Two Plate / Three Plate/Hot Runner/Gear and Unscrewing Molds)
       Knowledge in DFMA and Molding Process
       Preparation of Electrode Planing/Tooling Material Selection/ Machining Knowledge/ Heat Treatment Knowledge
       Reading Flow analysis report and prepare corrective action reports
