Tooling Technician

Your Key Responsibilities 

1. Working to align with safety culture.


2. Ensure overall cleanliness and proper functioning of area, tool and machinery.


3. Trouble shooting, damage tools correction & resolving quality related problems.


4. Conduct regular inspection and oversee repair & maintenance of all tools at the e-axle line.


5. Preventive maintenance planning as per time base and shot base/condition base.


6. Possible root cause analysis of breakdown and permanent solution/design change to not repeating the same.


7. Accountable for maintaining tool life cycle targets & ensure zero breakdowns in production process.


8. Thorough understanding of spares and materials.


9. Modification & refurbishment of tools as per customer requirement.


10. Ensure that tooling spares and drawings are maintained and managed properly.


11. Spare tools management and keeping track for procurement.


12. Ensuring tools health, its performance as well as maintaining the best quality of product.


13. Interpreting all kinds of technical 2D drawing and 3D models.


14. Follow up of outsource works.


15. Preparing customer audits.


16. New tool inward inspection report & maintain the tools history records.


17. Attending new tools trials and helping production team.


18. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software’s is an added advantage


19. Knowledge of GD&T is must

Your Qualifications

1. 
   

   BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

   
   


2. 
   

   Experience: 5 to 15 years of professional experience.
