Total Quality Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Enhancing the quality and efficiency of our software development processes.To be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced software applications that meet or exceed customer requirements.

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Process Improvement
• Quality Assurance
• Documentation and Compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile).
• Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing quality assurance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
