Role Purpose
The HR Operations and Total Rewards Analyst will support the delivery of efficient HR processes, data management, and compensation and benefits programs. This role combines HR operational excellence with analytical insights to ensure compliance, enhance employee experience, and optimize reward strategies. The Analyst will partner closely with HR Business Managers, Total Rewards, and external vendors to maintain smooth HR operations and ensure efficient reward practices.
This is an individual contributor role with no staff responsibility, covering a range of HR tasks from basic administration to HR analytics across a geographic footprint of ~25 countries (mainly in Europe plus US and India.
Key Responsibilities
Total Reward Analytics/ HR analytics (allocated time: 50%
Supporting Total Reward Director on data submissions for Salary and Benefits surveys (including ad hoc regional and specialist surveys) (AON, WTW & Local Benchmarking) Required – Reporting
Sales Incentive Plan: Monthly Pay Analysis - Calculate the monthly SIP payments in line with productivity data and exceptional payment management. (Collaborate with Commercial Finance/Sales team to calculate commissions based on the performance data on excel model). Required – Analysis, Advance excel.
Using outcomes of salary surveys to review EXA pay levels and provide insights to TR and other senior leaders to inform decisions. Ensuring that most recent data is uploaded to the HRIS. Provide analytical support for year-end process (performance ratings/ salary and bonus recommendations) (HR Tech Stack Data Management – Configuration, mass upload, reporting, data structuring). Required – Analytic skills, HR Tech.
Working with HRMs and TR to tracking and managing grade change requests/actions (using promotion process) and updating HRIS. (Maintain AON job codes & grades on Bamboo, cross check with AON Job link tool and HRMs). Required - AON Job Link knowledge
Benefit Administration – Vendor management (Achievers, AON, WTW, Tech Stack). Required – Global Benefits Knowledge.
Support with training for HR Managers and People Leaders to lead performance and reward processes (leveraging data) (Laise with Focal Review team, ensure data cleanliness, test the tool, execute the entire pay review timelines from recommendations and be in touch with the ExCo team.) Required – Pay review knowledge at MNC level.
People Operations Support (allocated time: 50%)
Undertake data governance checks to ensure the completion and accuracy of data across all HR systems.
Apply technical knowledge to processes and tasks to improve efficiency and enhance service standards, with a clear understanding of the impact created.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimise system capabilities—streamlining processes, enhancing reporting functionalities, and driving continuous improvement of our Hr technology
As part of this remit, you will develop and deliver targeted training for both employees and HR managers, empowering users to fully leverage system features and maintain best practices in data management.
Your expertise will help foster a culture of data accuracy and technological fluency within the HR function.
Engages with HR partners (e.g. First Advantage / BambooHR/ CultureAmp/ Go1/ Achievers/ Focal Review) to identify pain points and propose improvements that deliver better outcomes.
