Catalogue Management Strategy & Operations Leadership:
Develop and lead the execution of the catalogue management strategy, including governance, process frameworks, and digital enablement.
Oversee the full catalogue lifecycle: item creation, updates, deletions, user access management, and supplier collaboration.
Ensure catalogue-based buying processes are user-friendly, compliant, and aligned to business procurement strategies.
Build and maintain a scalable, digitized, and analytics-driven catalogue ecosystem supporting multiple businesses.
Service Delivery & Transformation:
Lead end-to-end service delivery for catalogue operations, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and service excellence.
Drive the transition and stabilization of catalogue management processes from business units to GCC.
Define and implement process improvement roadmaps, AI-based automation, and new catalogue functionalities (e.g., punchouts, automated catalogues).
Enable integration of catalogue processes with SAP MM, Ariba, and MDG tools for seamless user experience.
Stakeholder Engagement & Process Governance:
Build strong partnerships with business users, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure catalogue content accuracy and user adoption.
Lead structured engagement forums with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and resolve process issues.
Define governance frameworks for catalogue content approvals, compliance, and periodic audits.
Drive standardization and alignment of catalogue management practices across sectors.
Operational Excellence & Adoption Management:
Monitor catalogue utilization, buying compliance, and spend analytics to identify adoption gaps and drive corrective actions.
Oversee catalogue content refresh cycles, supplier onboarding for catalogues, and punchout implementation.
Drive user training, helpdesk support for catalogue access, and change management during new catalogue rollouts.
Maintain dashboards, MIS, and governance reports on catalogue operations and service performance.
People & Performance Leadership:
Build and lead a team of catalogue management professionals, setting performance goals and driving role clarity.
Drive capability building through training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead team performance reviews, workload management, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of process ownership, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Management. MBA preferred.
Certifications in Procurement, eProcurement, or Catalogue Management (e.g., Ariba, IIMM) preferred.
Work Experience:
12–15 years of total experience in catalogue management, procurement operations, or techno-commercial functions.
5+ years of leadership experience managing catalogue operations in GCC/shared services setups.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in catalogue content creation, verification, and system enablement.
