• Vehicle Tracking: Monitor and track en-route vehicles to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Driver Assistance: Communicate with truck drivers to provide assistance with loading and unloading locations, ensuring they have all necessary information.
• MIS Maintenance: Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking purposes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during transportation, coordinating with drivers and other team members as needed.
• Data Analysis: Analyze tracking data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our transportation processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of logistics.

Qualifications:
