Job Description - Trade Assistant

Key Accountabilities

• Weekly sales reporting

• Sales monitoring

• Monitoring of Sales & Hedges

• Creation and calculation of cost matrices

• IT Tasks (PowerBI)

• Month and cost checks

• Price calculations for offer list.

• Month and FV

• Fixations + forex conversations

• Substitution / position reporting

• Finance reporting (Sales/PnL/Margins vs. budget, preparing presentations, collecting data)

• Stock ageing report (preparing/commenting and discussing)

• Sustainability tasks (EUDR)

• Month end stock reconciliations

• Non Germany invoicing

Skills and Experience

• Fully proficient in written and spoken English and good German level would be beneficial.

• Previous experience in trade operations, logistics or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Excellent communication skills
