Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Perform Customs Trade classification determinations, including U.S. HTS and ECCN classifications, for Applied Materials systems, spare parts, and other products related to import and export activities.\n * Assist with compliance data collection, documentation, and record\u2011keeping to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.\n * Support compliance training initiatives and participate in internal and external audit activities.\n * Generate, review, and analyze trade compliance reports to identify trends and potential risks.\n * Participate in root cause analysis of international trade compliance issues and recommend effective solutions to support corrective and preventive actions.\n * Provide support in responding to Customs inquiries related to product classifications.\n * Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by Trade Compliance Management.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Production, or Aeronautical Engineering (mandatory).\n * 2\u20135 years of professional experience in U.S. HTS and ECCN classification, with demonstrated expertise in classification methodologies.\n * Working knowledge of HTS and ECCN classification requirements in additional international jurisdictions.\n * Hands-on experience in Mechanical or Industrial Production engineering, including proficiency in GD\u0026T and engineering drawing interpretation.\n * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\n * Excellent data analysis and administrative capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.\n * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, track action items, and ensure timely closure.\n * Effective written and verbal communication skills.\n * Familiarity with international trade, export, and import terminology is preferred.\n\n\n\nAdditional Qualifications:\n\n * Experience on SAP GTS.\n * Experience with Team Center, NX \u0026 other CAD software.\n * Knowledge of advanced technology \u0026 process involved in Semiconductor, Flat Panel, Solar cell manufacturing \u0026 advanced packaging\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n2 - 4 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nDay (India)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
