About the role
This role forms a core part of Tradeweb’s global Surveillance function, with primary responsibility for daily alert disposition and case management, while contributing to the enhancement of the Surveillance framework through work on alert design, calibration and dashboard development. The successful candidate will help strengthen monitoring coverage, improve the efficiency of alert handling, and support the development of data-driven methodologies that underpin a scalable surveillance environment.
Working closely with the Global Head of Surveillance and senior members of the team, the role provides a mix of operational and developmental responsibilities across Fixed Income surveillance. The individual will support improvements to monitoring coverage, contribute to tuning and optimization of alert scenarios, and assist in strengthening data quality and automation initiatives. Although not expected to independently drive all development streams, the ability to contribute meaningfully to them is important.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a surveillance professional with strong Fixed Income knowledge and alert disposition experience, and a keen interest in developing new skills, including AI and digital asset expertise. The role involves collaboration across Compliance, Technology, Risk, and the business, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to shape the future evolution of Tradeweb’s surveillance processes and tools.
