Job Description - Trademark Document Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Trademark Document Specialist will be responsible for managing end -to -end trademark documentation, filings, renewals and compliance coordination for pharmaceutical brands. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian trademark processes, accuracy in documentation and close coordination with legal advisors, marketing and regulatory teams.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration.

  • 1–4 years of experience in trademark documentation or IP support (pharma experience preferred)

  • Working knowledge of:

    • Indian Trademark Act

    • Trademark filing process & timelines

    • Nice Classification

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document management
