  • Conducting gap analysis, risk assessments, and capturing risks in the risk registry

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for tender preparation and costing reviews

  • A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

  • Experience with IEC 61375, EN50128, EN50129 standards, TCMS architecture, and solution definition

  • Hands-on experience with network and communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, UDP, MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RTP, RTSP, HTTP, VoIP

  • Familiarity with real-time, distributed controllers and safety-critical software development

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and mentor team members

  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
