• As an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, your role involves analyzing clients’ needs and business processes related to Oracle Fusion SCM. Here are some typical responsibilities for this position:
• Business Solution Development: You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements and propose effective solutions within the Oracle Fusion SCM framework.
• Consulting and Impact Analysis: Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and testing applications based on business needs. You’ll consult with clients, handle incremental setup, and perform impact analysis.
• Integration and Localization Solutions: As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for integrating various payroll systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, is essential.
• Independent Execution: Accomplishing standard assignments independently, exercising your knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, is part of your role.
• SCM Modules include – Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Functional Training in Oracle SCM  
2. MBA or Degree in IT or equivalent.
3. Passed in 2023 or 2024
4. Excellent Communication Skills
