-Ensure 99% accuracy in data management, maintaining records and tracking training program metrics with attention to detail.
- Complete all pre-launch logistics and planning tasks at least 1 week before the program launch, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth execution.
- Ensure that 90% of all requirements and requests are catered to or responded to within 3-5 business days, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure that at least 70% of the planned training sessions are successfully fulfilled and conducted as scheduled.
- Ensure that 100% of feedback is captured from program participants to gauge effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a feedback response rate of 20-25%, encouraging participation and engagement from attendees to continuously improve programs.
- Ensure 100% utilization of collected feedback for continuous program improvement, addressing areas for development and enhancing the learning experience.
- Actively promote awareness of newly launched or available content, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and have access to relevant resources.
- Ensure that all received requests are acknowledged within 24 hours, demonstrating responsiveness and effective communication.
