Job Description - Trainee Game Producer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Game Producer to join our game development team. In this role, you will work closely with senior producers, designers, and developers to support the end-to-end game development process. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in game production and learn the processes behind creating engaging and successful games.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking game development milestones
Help prepare production documentation such as timelines, feature lists, and task breakdowns
Monitor progress, update task boards, and report on development status
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
Collect feedback and assist with QA processes to ensure high product quality
Support the producer in managing external vendors or freelancers if needed
Learn and adapt to production tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience
A strong passion for video games and the game development process
Basic understanding of agile/scrum project management
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus)
Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Prior internship or academic project experience in game development (preferred but not mandatory)
