Trainee Officer - Formulation Packaging

Job Description

• Execute daily packing activities per approved BMR/BPR


• Ensure correct operation of packing machines like labelling machine, blister packing machine, Track and trace system.


• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).


• Maintain the cleanliness of area and machines


• Online completion of BPR, e-log entries.


• Handling of shift manpower, proper allocation of job to contractual persons.


• Verification of packing material before start of activity.


• Coordinate with Warehouse for issuance and return of packing materials.


• Preparation or revision of SOP and batch documents.


• Ensure the timely completion of PM/AMC activities.


• Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and PPE requirements.


• Guide and supervise Operators during packing.


• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits


• Knowledge of sterile injectable packing processes


• Good documentation and communication skills
