       Excellent verbal and written communication Skills. 
       Able to build rapport over the phone. 
       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

       Good keyboard skills and well versed with MS-Office. 
       Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets. 
       Ability to work with speed and accuracy. 
Experience - 0–1 year experience US calling process will be an added advantage.

The job involves conducting patient pay estimates, insurance verification and getting 
preauthorization for multiple specialties. 
Job Responsibilities 
       Obtaining accurate information from insurance carriers 
       Details obtained from the insurance should be within compliance. 
       Decision making abilities while speaking to the Insurance representative.
