Trainer

Role Purpose
Build and maintain the technical capability of Amaron Assist Marshals and franchisee teams, ensuring consistent service quality, SOP adherence, safety and technical performance.

Key Responsibilities
 Conduct technical training for mechanics and other technical manpower and ensure
readiness for service execution.
 Develop and maintain the skill matrix and identify training/capability gaps.
 Ensure technical SOPs, service processes and digital checklists are followed across
franchisees.
 Provide technical support for escalations and help resolve recurring service issues.
 Monitor service quality and identify causes of rework and repeat technical issues.
 Ensure availability, proper usage and maintenance of required tools and equipment.
 Ensure technical teams follow safety practices and mandatory PPE requirements.
 Support franchisees and operations teams through on-job coaching and technical
guidance.
 Identify technical/process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Experience in automotive service, technical training or workshop operations, with
strong practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, SOP implementation and team training.
