• Conducting both in-person and virtual sessions.

1. Technical Writing Experience:

• Creating clear and accurate software documentation.
• Writing user manuals, API documentation, and release notes.

1. Proficiency in Key Tools:

• Confluence: Managing and organizing documentation.
• GitBook: Creating and publishing documentation.
• GitHub: Version control and collaboration.
• Streamyard: Live streaming and recording training sessions.
• Camtasia: Creating and editing training videos.
• Da Vinci Resolve: Video editing and production.
• JIRA: Project management and tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

• Design and update technical training programs.
• Create engaging training materials.

• Conduct training sessions in various formats.
• Use Streamyard, Camtasia, and Da Vinci Resolve for content delivery.

1. Technical Writing:

• Produce and update technical documentation.
