Job Description - Trainer IT

Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on training sessions.

Train participants on computer software, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and other IT tools.

Assess trainees' learning through tests, assignments, and practical exercises.

Provide technical support and guidance during training sessions.

Update training content to reflect new technologies and industry trends.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend suitable learning programs.

Ensure training equipment and computer labs are functional and ready for use.
