Desired Candidate Profile

·         Experience in delivering training sessions in a variety of technical subjects as appropriate to IMS.

·         Be able to respond to a wide variety of learning and development functions including coaching and mentoring on the job for IMS

·         Experience in conducting training needs assessments prior to the planning and implementation of the general training schedule.

·         Maintain all relevant training materials.    

·         Carrying out course monitoring and evaluation, by ensuring the collection of completed participants course reports and completion of a training report at the end of each event.

Job Description

·         Convene and deliver training sessions in a variety of technical subjects as appropriate to IMS.

·         Most training sessions are to be based on existing curricula, but as a trainer you would be responsible for creating new content based on requirements

·         Be able to respond to a wide variety of learning and development functions including coaching and mentoring on the job for IMS

·         Carry out course monitoring and evaluation, by ensuring the collection of completed participants course reports and completion of a training report at the end of each event.

·         Any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager or the organization. Achievement Indicators

·         Training/facilitation is carried out in a professional and well organized manner.

·         All training is completed according to the established training schedule

·         Course reports and training data are maintained in a timely fashion and all monitoring and evaluation is followed through.

·         Support to the project staff is provided

·         Will be required to travel to other locations like Noida/Mumbai for trainings.

Please Note:-

Ø  We are looking at candidates with training experience in Oracle & SQL DBA and Windows.

Ø  The candidate should have extensive experience in providing training and should be working as a trainer.
