Training Faculty

• Deliver instructor-led sessions (online & offline) in areas such as digital marketing, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento/Salesforce), and emerging martech tools.
  
• Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly formats using real-world use cases and interactive teaching methods.
  
• Develop or adapt training content in collaboration with our CoE leads.
  
• Mentor, coach, and assess students, providing structured feedback for continuous improvement.
  
• Maintain accurate training records including attendance, performance, and feedback.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
  
• 1–3 years of teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
  
• Exposure to Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot) is a strong advantage.
  
• Strong communication, empathy, and learner-centric mindset.
  
• Willingness to continuously upskill.
