Manager
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
· Manage and guide a team of technical trainers to
deliver high -quality training sessions.
· Trainer deployment for batches and load
management of Trainer
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to
trainers to enhance their skills and performance
· Minimising Drop -outs
Session Delivery
Planning:
· Plan, organize, and ensure effective execution
of training sessions on a daily basis
· Ensure timely scheduling of batches , venue
arrangement, and logistics management
Capacity Building:
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance the
skills, knowledge, and abilities of trainers and participants.
· Identify training needs and arranging training and
design programs to address gaps and improve overall performance
Curriculum
Development:
· Identifying the need of courses to be offered to
offer relevant Program to beneficiaries
· Design, develop, and update training curriculum
to ensure relevance and effectiveness
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to
create engaging and informative content
Quality Assurance (adherence
of QMS )
· Fortnightly review of trainers on contents
coverage to address slippages and leakages
· Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure
high -quality delivery and effectiveness
· Implement quality control measures to maintain
standards and improve continuously
· Random check of classes
· Students feedback
Stakeholder
Management:
· Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure
alignment and support for training initiatives
· Build relationships with external partners and
vendors to enhance training capabilities
· Arranging Subject expert/Industry expert
sessions
· Arranging PTM of all the batches
Budgeting and
Resource Management:
· Manage training budgets and resources to ensure
efficient utilization and ROI
· Plan and allocate resources effectively to
support training initiatives
Reporting and
Analytics:
· Track and analyse training metrics to measure
effectiveness and impact
· Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to
demonstrate value and progress
Placements:
· Students profiling to ensure readiness for job
· Support to placement team for offering placement
drives. Ensuring all eligible candidates are attending interviews
